Ben the Missionary

Dave's little brother Ben left to serve a mission last Wednesday. He is headed to the Argentina Cordoba mission. He was so excited and ready to go, it was great to see him off. We are so very proud of him and the choice he made to serve a mission. He will be an excellent missionary!

I was also so proud of Dave for being able to stand in the circle to set Ben apart as a full-time missionary. It was kind of an emotional experience for Dave, as he was able to reflect on his own mission a little bit. It brought back a flood gate of memories and happy times. He was a wonderful missionary and changed a lot of people's lives. I will be forever grateful for Dave serving a mission, because if it weren't for that, we would never be married. Dave and my brother served together, and I'm not sure we would have made a connection if it wasn't for his mission.

We are so proud of Ben, and are very excited for the people of Argentina to get such a wonderful missionary!
